The carrot cake did not disappoint. It is not overly sweet like some “normal” carrot cakes can be. The blend of spices creates a warm deliciousness. Two things I would wish for: a (very) slightly stronger hint of carrot itself; a list of ingredients. As someone with a lot of food restrictions due to health issues an ingredients list is a necessity.
